Open Sound Control

  1. OpenSoundControl ("OSC") is a protocol for communication among computers, sound synthesizers, and other multimedia devices that is optimized for modern networking technology.
  2. Network protocol for realtime events. Invented for the audio domain primarily, but usable in other contexts as well.
