Besides his occupation as a professor for literatur at Hamline University, Lawrence Sutin is probably the single most prolific expert on life and work of Philip K. Dick.

His numerous publications include the essential PKD biography Divine Invasions: A Life of Philip K. Dick.

He has further edited the recent volume The Shifting Realities of Philip K. Dick: Selected Literary and Philosophical Writings as well as In Pursuit of Valis: Selections from the Exegesis.
