I am considering getting Colonel vs. Control Freak rebooted. The -only- reason I am doing something is in order to mix multiple layers simultaneously. I read the Colonel docs and they make it pretty easy to move the assignments of the 9 faders from one group of devices to another -and- they make it easy to save these assignments from the main set up. This seems to me to be critical. Can the Control Freak do the same thing? Or does one basically either:

  1. Always use 9 faders for the same situation.
  2. Do some sort of manual re-assignment of faders to devices every time you contact a new module?...

It would be great if the Control Freak could somehow save it's assignments with each operation. AND switch from one node to another within the same module. Can it?...

Thanks!
-Kubasic_Jr.
